General Laborer Job Description We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers in Dover. In this role, you will collaborate with a team to efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound trailers. This position demands physical effort and involves extensive manual work, including frequent lifting, twisting, and bending. Responsibilities Load and unload trailers with a team. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, twisting, and bending. Utilize equipment to assist in moving items when necessary. Essential Skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Effective communication skills. Teamwork capabilities. Experience in general labor for at least 6 months. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable working in a hot environment. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work takes place in a spacious 150,000 square-foot facility, operating on the first shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The warehouse features large open spaces, tall racks, and over 30 loading docks. While some parts of the warehouse have undergone multiple additions, two-thirds of the area is bright and modern. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dover, New Hampshire. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
