Join our team as a welder, where you will be responsible for welding metal structural components using GMAW arc welding techniques. Your work will contribute to the fabrication of communication towers, components, and overhead sign structures. This role requires interpreting blueprints and written specifications to determine operation sequences, all while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities Weld metal structural components together using GMAW arc welding. Interpret blueprints and other written specifications to plan work and determine operation sequence. Utilize all safety devices and wear mandatory personal protective equipment. Read and interpret weld symbols on blueprints to perform precise welds. Essential Skills 3+ years of welding experience. Proficiency in MIG welding and aluminum welding. Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols. Competence in shop math and using a tape measure.
