Now Hiring: Industrial Painter Location: Tonawanda, NY Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $25-30/hr About the Role We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for preparing and painting cranes and crane components using industrial coatings. You'll work with both airless and conventional spray systems, perform sandblasting, and ensure all surfaces are properly prepped for optimal paint adhesion. Key Responsibilities Apply industrial coatings to cranes and components using airless and conventional spray systems. Perform sandblasting and surface cleaning to ensure proper paint adhesion. Follow detailed preparation procedures to ready surfaces for painting. Maintain and clean paint equipment, spray booths, and work areas. Assist with general shop tasks and upkeep as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards. What You Bring Proven experience in industrial painting and sandblasting. Skilled in surface prep and using spray guns and paint booth equipment. Ability to clean and maintain painting tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial or military setting. Welding or mechanical maintenance experience is a plus. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers. Why Join Us?
