Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic-Level 2 or 3

TCI RENTAL AND LEASING - OUR MECHANICS MAKE DIESEL MAGIC HAPPEN! Pay Range - $23.20 to $33.40 based on skills and experience We are looking for a Diesel Mechanic with 2 to 4+ years' Experience. Shift is Monday through Friday Level 2 Diesel Mechanic Qualifications: 2 to 4 years' experience in related field Perform minor component repair and all aspects of preventative maintenance, Diagnose/Troubleshoot Basic issues, review with supervisor for corrective action plan, Vehicle component lubrication and replacement, Electrical system repairs, Cooling system maintenance, Road test to confirm repairs, Brake maintenance, Tire and/or wheel replacement, Regular, predictable, full attendance is required for this position, employee may perform other work-related duties. Level 3 Diesel Technician Qualifications: 4+ years practical experience with tractor trailer maintenance required You will generally assist in the repair and diagnosis of major components or remove/replace major components of various truck and trailer equipment at the direction of Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor. Expectations include the ability to diagnose and repair the following with little or no supervision: Clutches, PTO Systems, Electric Systems, Hydraulic/ Air Brake Systems, Heating/ Air Conditioning Systems, Instruments and Gauges, and Preventive Maintenance Service.
