Position Overview
As a Sr. Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of large-scale, multi-year fire and life safety system projects. From design through execution and turnover, you'll ensure every milestone is met with excellence. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and drive results that meet or exceed contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multi-site, multi-year national programs from kickoff to closeout.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to contractual standards.
Manage project schedules, financials, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Resolve construction disputes and scope changes with professionalism and clarity.
Track progress, mitigate risks, and report on key performance indicators.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsinternal and external.
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years in AE or Design-Build project management.
5+ years in construction projects over $4M.
3+ years of experience in Fire Alarm, BMS, or Security systems.
Familiarity with NFPA 72, 101, and fire alarm system standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
PMI certification.
Certifications in XLS140XLS3000 Fire Detection Systems.
Xtralis Vesda accreditation.
NICET III or higher.
