- **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and correctly.
- **Collaboration and Communication:** Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Communicate effectively regarding project updates, challenges, and requirements.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Proven experience in metal fabrication and fitting, preferably within an industrial or construction setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong welding skills with knowledge of various welding techniques and equipment.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

**Education and Experience:**
