Industrial Maintenance Electrician**
**Job Description**
As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will maintain all facilities and electrical equipment to ensure they are in proper working order, specifically handling 480v systems. You will troubleshoot machines for both AC/DC issues, utilize special testing and inspection equipment such as oscilloscopes and flukes, and install and troubleshoot fuses, switches, lighting circuits, fixtures, and equipment. You will also run, install, rewire, and repair any AC or DC control panels or circuitry within the facility. Additionally, documenting tasks through the CMMS system, complying with safety policies and the US National Electric Code, and following proper Lockout/Tagout procedures are essential parts of this role.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain all facilities and electrical equipment in working order (480v).
+ Troubleshoot machines for AC/DC issues.
+ Utilize special testing and inspection equipment like oscilloscopes and flukes.
+ Install and troubleshoot fuses, switches, lighting circuits, fixtures, and equipment.
+ Run, install, rewire, and repair AC or DC control panels or circuitry.
+ Document tasks through the CMMS system.
+ Comply with safety policies and the US National Electric Code.
+ Follow proper Lockout/Tagout procedures.
+ Assist in other duties as assigned by management.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 3 years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing work environment.
+ Experience with 480v 3-phase, AC/DC electrical systems.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical issues with machinery and facilities.
+ Experience using special electrical testing and inspection equipment (e.g., Oscilloscope, Multimeter).
+ Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics and blueprints.
+ Documentation of work orders through the CMMS system.
+ Lift truck and overhead crane operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in micrometer, electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance.
+ Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Understanding of preventive maintenance, blueprints, and schematics.
+ Proficiency in AC/DC motor and PLC troubleshooting.
+ Journeyman electrician certification.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
