INDUSTIALPAINTER**
Monday - Friday
6:00 am - 6:00 pm, mandatory overtime as needed
$20.00 per hour
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Follow all company safety and environmental policies and procedures
- Pressure wash and prepare parts for coating
- Mix and prepare paint; use measurement tools such as viscosity cups
- Set up and maintain painting equipment and work areas safely
- Apply masking materials and strip as required
- Operate forklifts to move parts in and out of paint/prep bays
- Use hand and power tools as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment and keep tools/equipment in good condition
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Accurately follow both written and verbal instructions
- Differentiate between colors for quality control
- Manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Paint Lead or Management
- Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of industrial and/or automotive painting experience
- 3 years of assembly experience preferred
- 1-2 years of electrical experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency in routing and connecting electrical harnesses
- Ability tolift upto 50lbswith or without accommodations
- Forklift experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to identify and resolve assembly issues independently
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
