JOB DESCRIPTION:

Analyze project requirements and specifications and accurately predict costs using AGTEK Earthwork 4D and HCSS Heavy Bid andHeavy Job software

-

Consolidate all the quotes from all the vendors and sub-contractors and recommend them depending on their previous work and their quotes

-

Inspect project sites to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications using CAD software such as Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Primavera P6

-

Prepare Schedule of Values (SOVs) and Budgets for awarded jobs using HCSS and Viewpoint Vista Software

-

Create Budgets, prepare Schedule of Values (SOV) and upload them to Project Management Software HCSS Heavy Job and Viewpoint Vista. Provide cost and budget insights to project management and field teams during construction.

Ensure construction and engineering projects adhere to projected schedules and maintain records of estimated and actual costs

-

Represent the company during pre-bid and pre-construction meetings

-

Identify factors affecting costs, including production time, materials, and labor

-

Conduct post-construction reviews to compare estimated and actual costs, identifying areas for improvement. Recommend value engineering (VE) solutions to reduce project costs while maintaining quality.
