Senior Project Manager Job Description
Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function). You are responsible for leading either a large project or a definable segment of a very large and complex project. Clients may be external or internal. You are responsible for the translation of the client's complex business requirements into formal agreements. For these, you establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results. This includes working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the client's solution. You are responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery.

Experience in managing a large program with teams in multiple geographies
Proficient in Engagement Management responsibilities
Project Governance
Maintain staffing plan, communication plan, Project status reports, Risk/Issue/Action log
Manage Engagement risks issues and action plans
Update eMonitoring status on weekly basis
Contract Management
Owner of 6+ contracts\: Create EFFORT, WO; Track progress through Account Ops team/ Legal team. Get contracts signed by client
Deliver engagement per contract and under budget
Financial Management
Update detailed forecast in eMonitoring
Manage engagement budget/ CM/ DVI
Explain reasons for DVI variance month over month
Submit accruals and actuals for invoicing
Manage NBT costs
Conduct monthly budget/ forecast/ actuals review with client
Client Management
Establish and Manage relationships with client business and IT stakeholders
Conduct CSAT on periodic basis
Present client satisfaction index and risks on weekly account call (M-review)
People Management
Define objectives for Engagement roles
Conduct timely assignment appraisals
Motivate and build team spirit
Manage senior resources and expert at conflict resolution
Project Delivery
Oversee Sprint planning and scope
Support Scrum Masters and Offshore delivery lead as needed
Make decisions on balancing capacity with scope, defects, tech improvements
Identify risks for delivery and provide direction on mitigation plan
Present Capgemini delivery status in critical client meetings
Sales
Support Capgemini AE and DE in sales activities as needed
Responsible for organic growth of the engagement
Identify opportunities to maximize budget or increase revenue
Required Skills and Experience\:

• Qualification\: 9 – 13 (3 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor's Degree
• Certification\: Manages engagements with complexity on EM level 1 or higher. Is, if possible, certified on this level.
• Should be experienced in Negotiation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Project Financials, KPI & Reporting
