- 3+ years in a digital sales/solution environment, with understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue models
- Strong sales acumen and value-based pricing experience
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (e.g., delivery, R&D, sales, supply chain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or computer-related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and certifications (e.g., NIST, NCSC, ISO 27001, IEC/ISO 62443, COBIT)
- Knowledge of ICS protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, PROFINET, and PROFIBUS
