-Develop and review work plans, submittals, RFIs, and take-offs.
-Ensure all moving parts are accounted for to complete the building.
-Coordinate daily with subcontractors to discuss progress, address issues, and plan upcoming tasks.
-Conduct site inspections to break down work plans and identify potential errors or issues that might arise.
-Assess and understand the coordination needs prior to the commencement of construction activities.
-Provide training and support to current Project Engineers to reduce their stress and improve their efficiency.
-Oversee the construction of major structures such as the East and West Chemical Buildings, treatment buildings, filters, chlorine contact basins, and gravity thickeners.
-Plan and manage the integration of new structures with existing ones, including pumps and piping processes.
- Utilize Bluebeam Studio for documentation, markups, and collaboration on project plans.
-Summarize daily progress, update checklists, and prepare for the next day's activities.

Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project
- Engineer in civil engineering.
- Plant work experience, specifically in wastewater and water treatment plants.
- Understanding of mechanical systems, process piping, process equipment, and overall plant processes.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
