Aerospace Builder

Our client in Roseville, MI is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for building aircraft seating systems according to customer specifications and industry standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each build.
• Inventory and inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality.
• Assemble aircraft seat components per customer specifications and work instructions.
• Use manual, electric, and pneumatic hand tools safely and effectively.
• Follow and support RCO Quality Policies and procedures.
• Contribute to corporate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production and team goals.

Employment Requirements:

• Experience or education in blueprint reading preferred.
• Familiarity with the use of basic hand tools for assembly work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in aerospace or manufacturing assembly a plus.
• Understanding of quality assurance and safety practices.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented production environment.
