The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating directly with Executive Leadership in a matrixed organization including but not limited to Product, Operations, and Technology teams to develop and execute comprehensive programs and services within a clinical operation. This position will involve strategic management and leadership of work-stream(s) dedicated to coordinating the design and implementation of new product offerings.
Key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing all operational business requirements, including technology needs, to ensure optimal operational design. The candidate will play a crucial role in co-designing criteria for member identification, assessing staffing impacts, while also evaluating, designing, and implementing process, training, and quality/performance evaluations for agents. Maintaining accountability for program artifacts such as use cases, charters, project plans, status reports, financial assessments, and staffing analyses will be a key aspect of this position.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear planning strategy for operational design and execution of products using a fact-based approach, while supporting an agile business model
- Responsible to identify, drive and lead deployment of new operational solutions delivering one or more of the following benefit types: SG&A, Cost Avoidance, Revenue, Affordability, etc.
- Able to set priorities and demonstrate sound judgment in handling complex situations
- Act as a key liaison between the executive leadership team and operational partners
- Execute on initiatives, ensuring consistency in outcomes. Translates business initiatives into clear objectives for the team and delivers sustained performance to goal
- Engages business leaders to proactively identify and manage escalations and strategic issue/risk mitigation
- Strategically balances clinical and business priorities to provide recommendations on solutions, implementation timing, and capacity planning
- Develops and implements a global communication strategy, creates program artifacts, and coordinates training for new initiatives
- Leads successful change management efforts and promotes the adoption of innovation throughout the business
- Consults with Executive Leadership and business stakeholders to review and offer recommendations for future development and roadmap opportunities
- Acts as a mentor for other team members and serves as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on product development, product re-design/enhancement experience in the healthcare industry, including implementation of products in a large operations
- Solid influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to think innovatively and optimize the healthcare system
- Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives
- Experience in developing program artifacts, including use cases, project plans, executive summaries, staffing analysis, financial assessments, etc.
- Solid financial acumen
- Solid background in process improvement with demonstrated experience
- Ability to influence and hold individuals accountable without formal authority
- Solid knowledge of medical and behavioral health operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex data to executive teams, including leaders at the C-Suite level
- Proven track record of effective communication and strategic consulting skills to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to analyze, monitor, and create solutions using data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to influence and hold individuals accountable without formal authority
- Solid knowledge of medical and behavioral health operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Solid background in healthcare practice management or operations management
- Extensive experience in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in business writing, including experience with RFPs (Request for Proposals)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
