STARK is seeking a skilled Carpet Installer to join our team at our East Rutherford, NJ warehouse. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00PM. Job Summary: Carpet Installer Job Responsibilities:

- Install carpet in homes and small offices.
- Layout, cut, and seam carpet of different patterns, constructions, and fibers.
- Maintain a clean work environment and vehicle .
- Bind and serge carpet on-site and at the warehouse/workroom.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must have at least 3 years experience installing
- Ability to read and interpret detailed floor plans is essential.
- Must be capable of determining necessary materials for onsite labor.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills required, with the ability to engage effectively with team members, sales staff, clients, and designers.
- Ability to multitask effectively is a must
