JC Home Works is a local contracting company providing full property rehabs throughout the Wilkes-Barre and Scranton areas. We are currently seeking experienced, hard-working laborers to join our team as independent contractors. This is not a W-2 position you will be working under a 1099 agreement.

Duties Include:
This is a physically demanding role. Youll be expected to assist with:

Full kitchen and bathroom remodels

Interior and exterior demolition

Drywall, prep, painting, and flooring

Framing, general carpentry, and cleanouts

Supporting full home rehab projects from start to finish

Requirements:
Previous experience is required in construction, renovation, or property rehab

Must have reliable transportation

Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow directions

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in active environments

What You Can Expect:
$17$20/hr (based on skill level and experience)

Weekly pay
