Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for building architecturally significant, one-of-a-kind homes? We're seeking a meticulous, forward-thinking leader to join a premier luxury residential builder known for crafting distinctive estates with uncompromising attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all phases of ultra-custom residential builds, from pre-construction through final walk-through

• Manage complex timelines, budgets, and client expectations with precision and professionalism

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure exceptional quality

• Collaborate with top-tier architects, interior designers, and discerning homeowners

• Proactively identify challenges and resolve them before they impact schedule or design intent

• Maintain strict adherence to high standards of craftsmanship and execution

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of residential construction experience with a strong portfolio of unique and highly detailed homes

• Proven success managing luxury custom projects ranging from $3M to $20M+

• Expertise in managing complex architectural and interior finishes

• Calm, confident leadership style with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts

• Deep understanding of project sequencing, budgeting, permitting, and scheduling

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc.)

• Familiarity with construction software such as Buildertrend or Procore

• Clear communicator who builds trust with clients, designers, and trades alike
