Senior Superintendent Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with at least 5 years as a Superintendent

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale or complex commercial projects

• B.S. in Construction Management or related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage field operations, and maintain project schedules and budgets

• Deep knowledge of safety procedures and a track record of enforcing jobsite compliance

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
