Location: Southern Colorado Region

Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 + Performance-Based Bonuses

A leading civil engineering firm in the Southern Colorado region is actively seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) with a strong background in water resources and land development . Position Overview: The Civil Engineer will contribute to a wide range of public and private projects, including commercial, residential, and public infrastructure improvements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality civil engineering solutions across diverse project scopes

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, primarily on-site (90%) with hybrid flexibility based on project demands

  • Lead and support project development from design through completion

  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado, or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience

  • Strong technical expertise in water resources and land development

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
