Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent

A highly reputable firm in Las Vegas that's looking to add a strong Senior Superintendent to their growing commercial construction team.

They're seeking someone with experience leading large-scale multifamily or healthcare projects of ($100M+) in value. This is a top ENR national firm with nearly 100 years of success. The need: Sr Super to manage a large team on a $200 Million Projects Northwest Las Vegas.

• Candidate needs to have at least 15-20 years experience as a Superintendent.
• Candidate needs to have been the Lead Super on at least 1 project more than $100 million.
• Building is CMU and Steel, candidate must have experience in both.

• B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures
• Ability to supervise Field Employees and Subcontractors on a project
• Extensive knowledge in construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget
