Hiring Licensed General Contractor for Residential Flips/Builds

We are a local real estate development company launching a venture to build high-quality starter homes and flip residential properties across within Durham County and surrounding area. Were seeking a skilled, fully licensed general contractor to take full responsibility for managing multiple on-site construction and renovation projects simultaneously.

Requirements:
Valid North Carolina General Contractors License (Residential).
Proven experience managing multiple residential construction projects, including new builds and home renovations/flips, at the same time.
Ability to hire, manage, and coordinate your own crews for all trades (framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) across multiple job sites.
In-depth knowledge of Durham County building codes, permitting processes, and inspection requirements.
Strong organizational and communication skills to juggle multiple projects while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Liability insurance and workers compensation coverage required.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities for multiple starter home builds and flip projects concurrently, from start to finish.
Hire and supervise skilled crews to ensure high-quality workmanship across all sites.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and inspectors to keep all projects on schedule and compliant.
Provide regular updates on the progress of each project and address issues promptly.
Ensure all work meets safety standards and local regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in residential construction or home renovation, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Portfolio of completed projects in Durham County or nearby areas.
Expertise in cost-effective building practices for starter homes and maximizing ROI on flips.
