Cable Installer Infrastructure Delivery

Our client, a leader in infrastructure delivery, is seeking a Cable Installer to join their team. As a Cable Installer, you will be part of the technical support team, assisting in the installation and maintenance of network cabling systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cable Installer Infrastructure Delivery

Location: New Albany, OH

Pay Rate: $23.50/hr
*Must be US Citizen

What's the Job?

• Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person requests.
• Identify, research, and resolve hardware and cabling-related issues.
• Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
• Support infrastructure delivery by installing, labeling, and testing cabling systems.
• Work collaboratively with team members under the supervision of a manager or supervisor.

What's Needed?

• Associates degree in a related field (preferred).
• 03 years of relevant experience in cable installation or technical support.
• Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established guidelines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
