Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of pre-construction and construction projects. This role requires a strong leader capable of managing field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage all pre-construction tasks including crisis management plan, schedule, site logistics plan, rules and regulations, and safety plan.
- Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, conducting daily huddles, weekly work plans, and coordinating job site activities.
- Develop, manage, and implement project schedules, ensuring they are updated in collaboration with the Project Management team.
- Select subcontractors, write RFIs, and track procurement of materials, tools, and equipment with the Project Management team.
- Work with the Quality Control team to meet project-specific requirements and implement site-specific Quality Control plans.
- Ensure all on-site documentation is updated, including drawings, logs, and inspection books, and assist in documenting As-Built drawings.
- Align and manage the project budget, including labor, materials, and equipment, assessing cost projections and expenditures.
- Ensure completion of project closeout tasks, including punch list execution, commissioning, final inspections, and owner training.
- Lead the project team in Lean methodologies, standard work, and Pull-Plan sessions.
- Drive a safe environment by leading job safety meetings and orientations, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
Essential Skills
- Project management expertise in construction and commercial construction.
- Strong background in estimating with over 10 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Experience in healthcare, education, manufacturing, or large commercial construction management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with subcontractors.
- Data center experience.
- Experience with large or complex projects.
Work Environment
This role involves working on-site, managing various aspects of construction projects. You will use technologies like Procore or equivalent for project management activities. The work environment emphasizes safety, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement culture. Dress code and attire are aligned with safety regulations and project-specific requirements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
