Job Description As a Civil Engineer, you will design and manage civil engineering projects for site development, including commercial, industrial, and municipal/institutional projects. You will prepare site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans, conduct site investigations and feasibility studies, and coordinate with architects, planners, environmental consultants, and other engineers. Additionally, you will prepare and submit permit applications, support entitlement processes, oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications, provide construction administration and support services, and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Responsibilities
- Design and manage civil engineering projects for site development.
- Prepare site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans.
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with architects, planners, environmental consultants, and other engineers.
- Prepare and submit permit applications and support entitlement processes.
- Oversee preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Provide construction administration and support services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering.
- Experience with Civil 3D software.
- Experience with HydroCAD and WinSLAMM.
- Professional Engineer certification in Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
