Seeking a seasoned Construction Area Manager to lead Southern California construction management operations. What Youll Do

  • Lead a regional team of construction professionalsmentoring, motivating, and ensuring excellence across multiple job sites.
  • Oversee large-scale municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring theyre delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage financial performance for your area, including forecasting, staffing, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, strategic planning, and market expansion initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years leading projects valued at $15M or more.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols (OSHA), and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera P6 and Bentley PWCM (EADOC) .
  • A high school diploma is required; a degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.
  • Certifications such as PE, CCM, or PMP are a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $170000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
