Utility Foreman Excavation & Underground Utilities

TJS Excavation, LLC is hiring a Utility Foreman
Full-time position based in Collinsville, OK

Were looking for an experienced leader to run crews on excavation and underground utility projects (water, sewer, storm). This is a hands-on role that combines heavy equipment operation with team management.

Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.)

Read and interpret utility plans

Manage crew workflow and safety

Coordinate materials and inspections

Maintain jobsite quality and efficiency

Mentor and lead by example

Requirements:

3+ years experience in underground utility or excavation work

Leadership or Foreman experience preferred

Valid drivers license (CDL a plus)

Ability to work independently and keep projects moving

Knowledge of Oklahoma utility regulations a plus

Location:
Projects based in Collinsville, OK and surrounding areas
(MondayFriday, occasional weekends or overtime)
