Carpenters and Construction helpers

We have multiple positions for skilled carpenters and construction helpers available with immediate start.
We are looking for carpenters and construction helpers who have previous experience in a range of various skill levels.

Carpenter wages starting at $30hr.
Wages will depend upon skill level, experience, and position.
Weekly pay.
Location: Hubbard, OR
Hours 8am-4:30pm

Carpenter Job Duties/Responsibilities:
*Framing
*Finish work
*Remodel
*Repairs
*Siding
*Decks
*Fences
*Add-ons
*Installation of windows, doors, flooring, trim, and cabinets, etc.
*Use basic hand and powers tools, along with building materials and supplies.
*Restoration work post fire, smoke, and mold damage.
*Ground up construction.
*Demolition and reconstruction.

Skills/Requirements:
-1-5 years of carpentry experience
-Able to read blue prints/plans
-Good math skills
-Hand tools, toolbelt and bags
-Valid drivers license and vehicle in order to commute to job sites
-Pass background check
-Able to lift, carry and manipulate heavy materials up to 50lbs
-Have a strong work ethic
-Detail oriented

Construction helper
Starting wage $20hr.
Weekly pay
Location: Hubbard, OR
Hours 8am-4:30pm

Must have reliable transportation

A construction helper assists construction workers by performing various tasks to support the overall project. This includes site preparation, cleaning, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with tasks like digging and scaffolding. They may also operate equipment or tools under supervision, and generally follow instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers.

Job duties/ Responsibilities:

*Construction helper/laborer to assist with various tasks in the construction field
*The laborer will be involved in exterior/interior remodeling projects, which may include working on set up & tear down, demolition, remodel, clean up of debris, loading/unloading and moving materials.
*Digging and other construction duties.
*Use power tools safely and effectively as required for construction tasks
*Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
*Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications

Skills/Requirements:
-6 months of construction experience
-Valid drivers license and vehicle in order to commute to job sites
-Pass background check
-Able to lift, carry and manipulate heavy materials up to 50lbs
-Have a strong work ethic
