As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Residential Electrician with a strong background in custom home builds to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and professional Residential Electrician who has extensive experience in custom home projects and understands the unique demands of high-end custom residential work. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of electrical systems, is familiar with modern lighting technologies and smart home systems, and works well in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform all aspects of rough and finish electrical work for custom residential homes, including new construction, remodels, and high-end upgrades
-Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and electrical plans
-Install and troubleshoot electrical wiring, lighting, panels, subpanels, outlets, switches, and service equipment according to code
-Safely install advanced systems including lighting control, EV chargers, smart home automation, and home theaters
-Ensure compliance with NEC, local building codes, and OSHA safety standards
-Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, inspectors, designers, and other trades on-site
-Manage jobsite tasks efficiently and maintain accurate documentation of work performed
-Mentor apprentices and junior electricians as needed
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment with professionalism and accountability

Requirements:
-5+ years of experience as a Residential Electrician, preferably in high-end or custom home projects
-Strong understanding of NEC and local codes
-Experience with structured wiring, lighting control systems (e.g., Lutron, Control4), and energy-efficient technologies
-Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, and in tight spaces
-Must have own tools and reliable transportation
-Clean driving record and valid CA drivers license
-Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
-Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in residential service and troubleshooting
-Familiarity with solar systems, battery backups, and energy management
-Experience coordinating with general contractors, interior designers, and homeowners
-Leadership or foreman experience a plus
