Job Summary:
Were seeking an experienced and dependable carpenter to assist with residential construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install wood and other materials according to specifications
Build, repair, and install frameworks, structures, and fixtures
Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements
Follow safety guidelines and building codes
Collaborate with crew members, contractors, and project managers
Maintain tools and workspaces in good condition

Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter (3+ years preferred)
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
Have reliable transportation
