Position: Part-Time Finish Carpenter (accepting entry level to experienced individuals)
Location: Redding, CA and surrounding areas
Schedule: Flexible Hours (20-40 hrs/wk) Ability to shift into full-time based upon experience level

Responsibilities:

Install trim, molding, cabinetry, and other custom finish carpentry items
Ensure precise measurements and high-quality craftsmanship
Work independently or with a team to complete projects on time
Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes

Requirements:

Proven experience in finish carpentry (or willingness to work hard and learn)
Strong attention to detail and precision
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
