Engineering Contractor Seeks Construction Supervisor / Field Support

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor / Field Support with a strong background in concrete work to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing field operations, helping manage crews, help with related paperwork (material submittal, RFI, scheduling suppliers and inspections, etc.) and ensuring project quality and safety. Drilling experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Help supervise and coordinate field operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Help oversee drilling activities, if applicable, ensuring proper execution and safety compliance.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
Ensure adherence to construction standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
Experience with RFIs, and material specifications submittals.
Requirements:
Good physical condition able to go to and negotiate jobsites on hillsides and other rough terrain.
Proven experience in concrete work (Form work, rebar installation, concrete pour supervision, etc.).
Strong knowledge of field supervision and construction processes.
Drilling experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project demands.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Valid drivers license.
