Cleaning Supervisor

Eco-Giants is a professional construction and janitorial cleaning company based in Surrey, with site locations in Lower Mainland, BC that is currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor with a minimum of 5-6 years supervisory experience in the cleaning industry. The company is looking for an individual who is dependable, responsible, physically fit, and possesses a valid driver's license,(Company will provide the vehicle)as the role will require office duties and fieldwork.

Job requirements:
You should be able to manage 2-3 major sites in a day and make sure the work is getting completed as the action plan and client's expectations.
You know types of floorings and understands the cleaning procedures.
You have at least 3-4 years of experience with post-construction cleaning.
Coordinate with senior project manager via calls or emails when necessary.
You have good experience with final cleans before handover to the client.
You possess great customer service skills.
Perform other duties based on client requirements
Monday to Friday work schedule, with weekend availability and on-call work as needed
Full-time, salaried position with yearly bonus.
Experience supervising cleaning staff and a proven track record of successful project completion

Responsibilities:
Create cleaning schedules and assign cleaners with coordination of senior project manager.
Familiarity with safety data sheets and material safety data to understand hazardous product ingredients, physical
and chemical characteristics
Manage and supervise construction and janitorial cleanup of residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Maintain occupational safety requirements and personal protective equipment
Inspect 4-5 sites or facilities daily to ensure established safety, cleaning equipment, and work standards are met
Possess excellent communication skills to coordinate with site supers and senior project manager
Suggest action plans to complete the work with in the given timeline.
Visiting new prospects for estimation and submitting details to the senior project manager
Obtaining sign-off from the client's site supervisor or project manager after the final walk-through of the assigned
project
Supplies have been taken care and updated to the project manager if any issues
Meeting the deadlines assigned
