Painters

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter with experience in residential and commercial projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing surfacesboth interior and exteriorat residential sites and commercial fairgrounds. This includes brush and roller work, as well as spray painting techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
Apply paints, stains, and coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Mix and match paint colors and finishes to achieve desired results.
Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to reach high surfaces.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within project timelines.
Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a professional painter (minimum [insert years, e.g., 2 years]).
Proficiency in brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.
Knowledge of surface preparation and proper material usage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.

Preferred:
Experience painting fairgrounds, booths, or large-scale public spaces is a plus.
