WHAT YOULL DO:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee field operations, project scheduling, quality assurance, and issue resolution for landscape construction projects.
  • Manage daily field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate project timelines, workforce assignments, and material logistics.
  • Conduct site inspections to uphold safety, readiness, and workmanship quality.
  • Troubleshoot project challenges, implement solutions, and maintain efficiency.
  • Lead crews to ensure clarity and smooth execution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
  • Proven success as a Landscape Manager
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in building hardscape features, retaining walls, water features, irrigation systems, and planting installations
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with crews, clients, and other managers
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
