Roofer or Contractor to Replace Fascia

Im looking for a roofer or contractor to remove 2x10 fascia "dutch gutter" and put up 2x8 pre-primed fascia so that I can put a gutter on (see the photo with the gutter for how it will look). I think it will require 2x4 blocking behind it to support the plywood.
On a 2-story apartment building in Santa Clara off El Camino.
