Painter

Timber RidgeCraft Ltd. is looking for a Painter to join our experienced team of professionals.

Job location: Various job sites in the Greater Kelowna area, BC

What we offer:
Full-time, permanent position, 30 hours per week
Hourly wage of $25.60 CAD

Requirements:
1-2 years of painting experience
Good English
High school diploma

Main duties:
Understand and follow project specifications, work orders, and supervisor instructions;
Estimate the quantity of paint and materials required for each job;
Prepare surfaces by repairing cracks and holes and cleaning and washing thoroughly;
Select and mix paints to match project specifications;
Apply paint, wallpaper, or other finishes to both exterior and interior surfaces using professional tools like brushes, rollers, and spray equipment;
Protect surfaces with cloth or plastic coverings to ensure they remain clean and undamaged;
Set up and dismantle scaffolding and swing stages to access hard-to-reach areas.
