A well-established and highly respected Residential General Contractor based in Atlanta, Georgia is actively seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. With over 50 years of success in the industry, this firm delivers General Contracting, Construction Management , and Design/Build services for residential projects across various sectors.

They’ve been instrumental in shaping neighborhoods across the Central United States and have also led notable projects in the Atlanta area. With a strong pipeline and extensive backlog, this is a long-term career opportunity —not a contract role.

Projects typically range from $5 million to $50 million , including ground-up residential builds and renovation work .

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize for bid day submissions

• Manage preconstruction communication and coordination

• Review and interpret bid documents including plans and specifications

• Maintain job folder organization for all assigned projects

• Develop conceptual budgets and project costs through quantity takeoffs with senior staff

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator for a licensed Residential General Contractor

• A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering , or a related field is preferred

• Equivalent field experience may also be considered

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and estimates in a team-focused environment
