Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will:

• Generate Leads through referrals and reviews.
• Inspect Properties and meet with insurance adjusters.
• Close Sales on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting projects (residential and commercial).
• Educate Homeowners on exterior restoration solutions.
• Maintain Relationships with customers and third parties.
• Use Technology to manage customer data, feedback, and reviews.

No Roofing Experience? No Problem.

Location and Travel Requirements

This position is based in Franklin, TN, and our service territory covers a 30-mile radius around this location. Applicants must reside in Middle Tennessee and be willing to travel within our local service area daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Sales Experience: Direct customer-facing experience preferred.
• Personable & Organized: Build relationships and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable on Roofs: Not afraid of heights!
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Good Driving Record: A valid driver's license is required.
