What you'll do:

  • Provide strategic leadership, defining project and program principles, mission, and goals in alignment with client initiatives.
  • Lead projects to successful completion, ensuring adherence to financial objectives.
  • Ensures project scope, budget, and schedule adherence, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Directs large-scale, complex projects requiring specialized skills, collaborative interdisciplinary coordination, and public engagement.
  • Develops work plans, schedules, and budgets, turning client visions into actionable plans while advising on methodologies and risks.
  • Supervises and coaches junior staff in the development of project reports, risk logs, and decision matrices; facilitates executive-level discussions and public engagement as needed.
  • Serves as direct Client point of contact for specific project scope and provide overall project coordinators.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in a relevant field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in a construction, technical or design related field, with at least 10 years of experience in Owner's Representation/Project Management.
  • Construction Manager in Training (CMIT) and/or PM Certificate desirable.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in the management of budgets, schedules, procurement, site logistics (e.g. FF&E/move management), and change management.
  • OSHA 10 certification is preferable.
  • Knowledge of alternative forms of project delivery including CM/GC, GC/CM, CM at Risk, Design Build, and P3.
  • Experience with project management systems such as E-Builder, Procore, Primavera, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
  • Competency with public speaking acumen, including but not limited to having executive level conversations, facilitating effective decision making and engagement/report out with clients executives, public committees and governance structures.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and work location as well as market and business considerations.

Salary Range: $119,000 to $143,000
