Architect, Technology Services, PSO (Atlanta, GA)

Job Description:

Architect, Technology Services, PSO positions offered by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (Atlanta, Georgia). Provides technical guidance to the project team and the client. Responsible for all the technical escalations within the project and has overall ownership of all technical aspects through lifecycle of the client relationship, including maintenance phase. Mentors and provide guidance to projects and technical resources in the team, including offshore resources. Responsible for offshore development plans with specific focus on quality and delivery efficiency. Participates in design reviews with Client, DL and R&D. Helps in defining Performance and Scalability requirements for the products being deployed to meet the client's peak business requirements. Assists client with infrastructure, interface architecture strategy and plan. Leads with the development of offshore development plans. Responsible for delivering a least one training session annually focused specifically on advanced technical aspects of the MA product suite (or relevant technology).

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field and 10 years of experience in the position offered or 10 years of post-bachelor's experience in a software related technical field. Requires 10 years of experience: performing software implementation consulting; leading, building, and developing a professional services group focused on continuous improvement and productivity initiatives; and building or implementing large scale J2EE or Microservices based enterprise solutions. Requires 7 years of experience: implementing messaging or SOA based integrations between enterprise solutions and ecommerce websites; and implementing enterprise-based code management, deployment and continuous integration processes using industry standard tools. Requires 5 years of experience: leading teams that are responsible for performance testing and tuning of enterprise solutions. Requires 3 years of experience in: Order Management, eCommerce or supply chain software. Up to 50% domestic travel required. Employee reports to office in Atlanta, GA. Position may work from home in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated

office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
