Role Expectations: Provides pre-award contractual support, post award contract management support to project managers Responsible for contract management, commoditites, change orders, legal, insurance and T&C's validity, etc Provides assistance with terms & condition negotiations and coordination, redlining & reviewing Compiling bid event, T&C feedback and review Provides Pre-award contractual support, post award contract management support to project managers What we're looking for: Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Business or equivalent experience Five (5) years of experience in Contract Management Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is preferred Must have experience working on EPC Projects and 3-5 years of experience in the Utility Industry SAP experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas, tables, and charts Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy Excellent problem-solving and people skills are also required Expected travel for team milestone meetings is less than 20%.
