Robotic Welding Operator -- 2nd shift -- Weekly Pay!**

**Pay: $18 - $21 per hour**

**The purpose of the Robotic Welding Operator role is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all robotically automated welding cells. Team members are responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of all automated cells, with potential for team expansion based on workload and performance. Candidates will operate robotic welders, set up new jobs, and ensure efficient production operation.**

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate robotic welder and set up new jobs on all cells.

+ Ensure efficient production operation with the ability to meet proven job rates.

+ Troubleshoot faults experienced during automated production.

+ Perform part inspections and quarantine non-conforming parts while labeling them accurately.

+ Record job progress data accurately, both handwritten and through the ERP system.

+ Recognize defects in welds and perform spot checks.

+ Stop production if parts are created incorrectly.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in welding and production welding.

+ Machine operation and production skills.

+ Knowledge of MIG welding and MIG welder operations.

+ Familiarity with robotics and laser technology.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Minimum tenure of 6+ months in the most recent position.

+ Consistent job tenure of 1 year or more in industrial or production positions.

+ 1+ year experience in production, manufacturing, or machine operation environment.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
