Utility Worker**
**Job Description**
The role involves operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) such as Forklifts (Stand up & Sit Down) and Overhead Cranes. This position offers opportunities to work in various common roles within the plant, including Coater Helper and Winder Helper.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate paper coating machines as a Coater Helper, involving physical labor tasks such as lifting, walking, and climbing stairs.
+ Work collaboratively with a team of 4 to 5 people on a coater, starting from entry-level responsibilities and progressing to higher levels of responsibility.
+ Assist in operating winding machines to convert paper to specified dimensions and help package products for subsequent processing.
+ Perform general labor tasks such as inspection, unloading, staging, and machine setup.
+ Ensure quality assurance and adhere to safety standards while using hand and power tools.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production and machine operation.
+ Ability to operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV), including forklifts and overhead cranes.
+ Capability to perform physical labor tasks such as lifting and climbing stairs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with paper processing techniques.
+ Knowledge of quality assurance and safety protocols.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
