We are looking to add Experienced Journeyman Level HVAC Installers, Pipefitters and Plumbers to our crew for large projects we have under way. Our projects mainly consist of installing new, large-scale VRF systems in existing buildings. We work on everything from apartment buildings to schools around Eastern/Central Massachusetts. We have miles of pipe to run! Potential candidates need to possess at least 5+ years of experience installing air conditioning piping, including flares. Must have 5+ years of brazing/soldering skills. Candidates must be able to read and interpret mechanical/layout drawings and know proper piping procedures for heating as well as refrigeration and VRF. All systems must be pressure tested. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of codes, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to the quality of work done. Must maintain a clean and safe job site and stay compliant with all safety protocols and building codes. Qualified candidates must be able to work with others as well as communicate with our team in an effective, professional manner to get the jobs done correctly and efficiently. Candidates must be physically able to work on HVAC units. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to work through prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders. OSHA-10 is required. EPA-Card for Refrigerant Handling plus. Must have own reliable transportation to be able to get to the jobsites in a consistent, timely manner. This is a Full-time Monday-Friday 40+ hour per week position with long term opportunities.
