We need a team member who can work independently and deliver outstanding results for our customers. This is a W-2 employee position, offering 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on project workload. Key Responsibilities: Independently perform service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs in residential settings. Complete small-scale installations and remodels to code and with high-quality workmanship. Install and commission residential battery storage systems (training provided). Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers. Qualifications: Must hold a valid California General Electrician or Residential Electrician Certification. Minimum 5 years of experience in the residential electrical trade. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Possess a full set of personal hand tools and power tools. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude. Experience with residential battery systems is a major plus, but not required. We will provide full training for the right candidate.
