Mueller Company, the

nation\'s leading manufacturer of flow control devices for the water and

gas distribution industries is seeking a **2nd shift Welder** to join

our team.

**General Responsibilities of Welder:**

Capable of performing all of the functions in the work center including:

- Layout or maker metal before welding

- Can be called to verify other welds and reworks as necessary

- Maintain working area in a clean and orderly fashion

- Make suggestions to improve cost. quality, safety and efficiency of

operation

- Other duties as assigned.

**Welder Job Requirements:**

- Basic mathematics skills (decimals, fraction, ratios)

- Read and interpret part drawings

- Use gages, calipers, micrometer, scales, etc.)

- Submerged Arc (SAW)

- Flux Core, Semi-Automatic (FCAW)

- MIG, Solid Wire, Semi-Automatic GMAW

- Stick SMAW

- Stud Weld

- Steffan Cutter
