Asphalt Laborer/Operator - Seal Coating, Striping & Grading About the Opportunity: Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a respected paving company in the Yuba-Sutter area that is actively seeking experienced Asphalt Laborers and Operators with a background in seal coating, striping, grading, or heavy equipment operation . This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for dependable workers who are skilled in asphalt-related work and want to be part of a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Operate various construction and paving equipment (rollers, pavers, skid steers, graders, etc.) Perform tasks related to seal coating, line striping, and surface grading Assist with site prep, clean-up, and asphalt laydown Ensure surfaces are finished to spec, including striping and seal coating detail work Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper PPE Qualifications: Must have hands-on experience in at least one of the following: seal coating, striping, grading, or equipment operating Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in heat and changing conditions Reliable transportation to job sites in the Yuba-Sutter area Team-oriented and committed to quality work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience) Expected Hours: 40+ per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime and weekend work as needed based on project deadlines Work Location: In person - Yuba City, CA 95993 #YUBACA
