Landscaping Foreman

Landscaping Foreman We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaping Foreman to lead our landscaping projects from start to finish with excellence, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in landscape construction, experience operating heavy equipment, and proven leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities: Interpret and execute landscape blueprints and project plans. Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure proper maintenance of all tools and equipment, including chainsaws, edgers, compact loaders, brick saws, and mini excavators. Oversee equipment use across large-scale and multi-phase job sites, ensuring safe and effective handling and timely maintenance. Supervise, direct, and work alongside a small crew (1-2 laborers) to complete tasks including layout, excavation, structural installation, and material staging. Perform on-site quality checks and proactively correct deficiencies to maintain high workmanship standards. Communicate effectively with sales staff to coordinate schedules, share project updates, and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain self-accountability and foster a culture of responsibility and excellence on the job site. Qualifications: Proven experience in landscape construction or a related field. Driver's License required, and ability to obtain a CDL C Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with landscaping tools and heavy equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans. Excellent leadership and communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
