This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow their skills and build a career in aluminum welding. Responsibilities: Weld and Fabricate (weld, cut, drill grind etc...) Communicate clearly, able to understand verbal and written instructions Setup tools and machinery Maintain company quality standards Work alone and in a team setting Be self-driven. Maintain professional attitude Qualifications: Minimum (1 year) experience with MIG welding aluminum and/or steel (TIG experience is a plus) Must have a strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to use measuring tools (Tape measure, calipers, etc..)
