_Carpenter- Weekly Pay-Start ASAP_**
**_Pay: $25-$35/hour_**
**_Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 5 pm_**

With 17-20 projects running concurrently, this company specializes in self-performing carpentry and steel work while subcontracting other tasks. Currently, they are working on two school projects, and contractors may move between projects based on location and travel preferences._
**_Responsibilities:_**
+ _Perform commercial construction carpentry tasks including framing and rough carpentry._
+ _Execute finish carpentry work, including drywall installation, trim work, and cabinetry._
+ _Proficiently use a tape measure and operate saws and various other power tools._
+ _Read and interpret blueprints, details, and drawings._
+ _Install hardware and complete concrete and new construction tasks._
**_Essential Skills:_**
+ _Proficiency in commercial construction and framing._
+ _Experience in rough carpentry and finish carpentry._
+ _Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings._
+ _Skill in operating saws and various power tools._
**_Additional Skills & Qualifications_**
+ _Experience with drywall, concrete, and new construction._
+ _Proficiency in trim work, hardware installation, and cabinetry._
+ _Ability to use essential tools such as hammers, pliers, speed squares, and tape measures._
+ _Familiarity with hand tools and power tools including utility knives, tool belts, and wrenches._
